Every feature your B2B catalog needs — in one place
Growkit's catalog software is built specifically for Indian wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers. Here's everything it does.
Start your free catalogBuyer-specific pricing
Set a completely different price list for every buyer. Buyer A might see ₹580 per piece, Buyer B sees ₹540, Buyer C sees ₹610 — all from the same product, all managed separately in your dashboard. Each buyer only ever sees their own price. No buyer knows what another is paying.
This replaces the awkward practice of sending different PDFs to different buyers and hoping they don't compare notes.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ)
Set the minimum quantity a buyer must order for each product. If your minimum is 50 units, buyers can't place an order for 10. The MOQ is enforced at checkout — no manual checking, no awkward phone call to tell the buyer their order is below minimum. MOQs can be set differently per product, and you can override them for specific buyers in their private catalog.
Bulk discount tiers
Create automatic quantity-based discount tiers for each product. 1–50 units at ₹580, 51–200 units at ₹540, 201+ units at ₹500 — the discount applies automatically when the buyer's cart crosses the threshold. No manual calculation, no coupon codes. Discounts are applied before GST is calculated, keeping your invoicing GST-compliant automatically.
| Quantity range | Price | Discount |
|---|---|---|
| 1–50 units | ₹580/piece | — |
| 51–200 units | ₹540/piece | 7% off |
| 201+ units | ₹500/piece | 14% off |
Product listings with full detail
Each product in your catalog has its own page with multiple photos, a description, HSN code, GST rate, unit of measure, and pricing. Buyers see a clean product page — not a raw price list. Buyers who can see photos and specifications order with more confidence and return fewer items.
- Product name and description
- Multiple product photos
- HSN / SAC code
- GST rate (0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28%)
- Unit of measure (piece, kg, metre, box, etc.)
- Price and bulk discount tiers
- Minimum order quantity
- Stock availability (optional)
Order tracking for seller and buyer
Every order placed through your catalog is logged with a unique order ID, buyer details, products, quantities, and prices — permanently, in your Growkit dashboard. You track orders from Confirmed → Dispatched → Delivered. The buyer sees the same status on their order page. No more tracking orders in a WhatsApp group or a shared Excel sheet.
Auto-GST invoice on every order
When you confirm an order, Growkit generates a GST-compliant tax invoice automatically. It pulls in the seller GSTIN, buyer GSTIN, product HSN codes, GST rates, and applies the correct CGST/SGST (intra-state) or IGST (inter-state) split. The invoice is PDF-ready immediately — you never touch a Word file or Excel sheet to create it.
- Seller and buyer details from your Growkit profile
- HSN codes and GST rates from your product catalog
- CGST/SGST vs IGST determined automatically from seller and buyer states
- Sequential invoice numbering per GST rules
- Discount shown separately, GST on net taxable value
Payment links with every invoice
Every invoice goes out with a payment link for UPI or bank transfer. Your buyer opens the invoice, sees the total due, and pays directly from the same page. You see the payment status update in your dashboard. No more sharing NEFT details on WhatsApp. No more calling to confirm if payment was made.
Automatic Growkit marketplace listing
When you publish an open catalog, your products are automatically listed on the Growkit marketplace — a shared B2B storefront where buyers across India discover and order from verified sellers. No extra setup. Publishing your open catalog is all it takes. Orders from the marketplace flow back into your Growkit dashboard exactly like orders from your private catalog link.
Share via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
Your catalog link works in any messaging app. Share it on WhatsApp, send it by SMS, paste it in an email — your buyer taps the link, their browser opens the catalog, they browse and order. No app to download. No account to create on the buyer's side for open catalogs. Private catalogs require the buyer to log in with the credentials you've given them.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have different MOQs for different buyers?
Yes. If you set a default MOQ on a product, that applies to all buyers who see that product. In a buyer-specific catalog, you can override the MOQ for that buyer's catalog — so your biggest buyer might have no MOQ while smaller buyers have a 50-unit minimum.
Do bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout?
Yes. When a buyer's cart quantity crosses a tier threshold, the discount applies automatically. If they add 60 units of a product with a 50-unit tier break, the tier-2 price applies to all 60 units at checkout — they don't need a coupon code.
Is my catalog listed on IndiaMART or other marketplaces?
No. Your open catalog is listed only on the Growkit marketplace — not IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or any third-party platform. Growkit does not sell your buyer data or share your catalog with other platforms.
Can I hide certain products from certain buyers?
Yes. In a buyer-specific private catalog, you choose exactly which products appear. Buyer A can see 40 products, Buyer B can see 25 — all from the same inventory, controlled separately per catalog.
